Cancellations and No-Shows |

Cancellations of treatments lasting one hour or less: a 24-hour
cancellation notice is required. Cancellations received with less notice will be
fully charged to the customer. If we are able to fill the appointment however,
you will not be charged.
Cancellations to treatments lasting more than one
hour: a 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Again, if we are able to fill
your appointment time, you will not be charged; otherwise the customer is
responsible for the entire cost of the scheduled service. If you do not show up
for any scheduled appointment, you will be charged the entire amount of the
scheduled treatment.
